By accessing, browsing, or placing an order with Cardboard Cafe (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and the policies referenced here, including our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store.

We sell trading card game products, including individual trading cards and other related products.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by an incorrect price, description, inventory count, or other listing error.

Inventory is limited and may change at any time. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been completed and accepted.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

Trading card conditions are based on our reasonable assessment of the card at the time it is listed or processed.

Because card condition can involve some degree of judgment, minor differences in condition assessment may occur. Please contact us promptly if you believe a card you received materially differs from its listed condition.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By completing your purchase, you authorize the applicable charges shown during checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-party names, trademarks, card artwork, game names, and other intellectual property displayed in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Store does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless specifically stated.

The Store may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, shipping, website functionality, analytics, and other services.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, policies, availability, or services of third-party providers except as required by applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep Store information accurate and the Store available. However, the Store and its content are provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the Store will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cardboard Cafe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or purchase of products through the Store.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
